Growing up near Atlanta has given me an

appreciation for how diverse perspectives and steady determination can come together to build something contextually meaningful. This influences my journey

as a strategic designer, and I'm motivated by meeting innovative people from all fields. I've been fortunate

to learn from and mentor many of these talented individuals, a practice that's become central to my professional identity. 

My career has focused on the intersection of

design, business, and technology within complex, mission-oriented environments. I've learned that impactful design is a collaborative practice beyond solitary tasks. It's about connecting the varied dots of user needs, organizational objectives, and technical considerations. The most valuable solutions arise when teams function as a cohesive unit, prioritizing collective achievement over individual brilliance. My work is built on core values of trust, reliability, and mutual respect. I've found that the most meaningful growth is always shared. 

As a leader, my focus is on shaping processes

where teams build kinship and feel motivated to

learn and iterate together. I form close partnerships with clients, guide teams in translating ambiguity into

a clear vision, and frame every obstacle as an opportunity. I approach every challenge, from

building end-to-end product solutions to growing

a cross-functional team's capabilities, with the desire to strengthen a culture of collaboration and embed design thinking at the core of an organization's identity.
